Finally a sofa we can both lay down on-at the same time!

ME AND MOM AT THE FURRY AFFAIR FOR THE SPCA

I took my mom out to the SPCA Furry Affair this weekend. I don't think she's ever been to an art gallery before so it was fun. These pictures are of us in front of the original painting I did for the Furry Affair used for their promotional poster, and also in front of 4 pictures I donated to the auction that night. I think each painting had a bid of almost $400 before we left. Hopefully that will help some homeless animals.

Laurel HiLL MURAL COMPLETE

Here is a mural I painted for laurel Hill Elementary last Spring. I finally saw it fully assembled and hanging in the school's entry. These pictures don't really capture the vibrant colors.

1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Beth and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary a few weeks ago. We stayed at the Charleston Place Hotel which was really nice. We used to walk through there every day when we first met so we thought we should stay there at least once.

Ladies and Gentlemen....here's Nubby!

Here is the newest member of Team Valdes. We are calling him/her Nubby until he/she gets some toes and fingers going. This Nubby's 1st picture ever. We saw Nubby's heart beating at a strong 171 beats per minute today. Nubby is working hard! We hope to be seeing Nubby around March 23!
