EMMA'S LAST PUBLIC APPEARANCE UNTIL B-DAY!

Well Emma is 35 weeks old today and from our ultrasound, she is sleeping quite well. We won't see her until 3 weeks or so from now.

34 WEEKS AND COUNTING

BABY ROOM PICS, the color is awful though

First of all we need to get a new camera because these pictures look awful. Also, the room is in progress but friends have asked to see pictyures so here's how it's going so far.

1- Here's a big bear painting over the dresser. The picture is 3x4 foot.

2- I bought these great plastic elephants at Old Navy a few years ago, which worked out great because that's the theme we are sort of going with although we have some other furry friends in there too.

3-I love snoopy and I love monkeys and I love stuffed animals (yes thats a little weird) so I had to buy emma these 2 characters. winnie the dog really wants to eat them so they are hanging out high on top of the armoir.

4-Here's another big painting of some critters dancing.

5-The crib is done up in a fun elephant pattern that we like so I made a nice elephant to go along with it.

6- Out of all the patterns we saw, we liked this best and Beth has a thing for elephants.

7-This was a cool gift from my friend Mira who used to own a cool gift shop. This is a musical rabbit. We have received so many nice toys and gifs from folks but we still have them in a safe place until we finsih the room up. But I had to play with this one.

8- Beth and I bought this elephant marionette at the beach a few years ago. It adds the eclectic touch to the room.

9- We have a bed in the baby room for now but that will move out in a few weeks into my office so guests have a place to stay.

10- We bought a rug we sort of liked and then saw this one at 75% off at Pottery barn outlet and really liked the colors.

11- Target online had this really nice chair. It was super easy to put together and is really comfy. We have it in the TV room for now until we move the bed out. I love to rock in it but it makes me a bit sea sick.

12- Here's the entrance into the room. Still lots of work to do. Hopefully we'll have a better camera soon and we'll post some updated shots.
